Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In the House of Representatives, Dec. 4th, 1780 : Whereas by the resolutions of Congress of the fourth day of November last, the United States are required to furnish their respective proportions of specific supplies for the support of the army the ensuing year. ... therefore, resolved, that the inhabitants of the several towns ... are required to furnish a number of cattle.
