Philadelphia, June 27, 1796 : By virtue of a writ of plurius venditioni exponas, to me directed, will be exposed to public sale, at the Merchants' Coffee-House, in Second-Street, on Wednesday, the thirteenth day of July next ... all those three lots of ground, marked in a plan of the said lots no. 25, 26, and 27, contiguous to each other, situate on the north-side of South--or Cedar-Street, in the city of Philadelphia.
