General noteText in three columns; woodcut portraits of Warren and Pepperrell (Reilly 1573 and 1574) flanking title. Probably printed by S. Kneeland and T. Green. The portrait of Warren (Reilly 1573) was used by Timothy Green (1703-1763) in New London in 1762 (cf. Evans 9138). In 1745 Green was printing with Samuel Kneeland at Boston.
