The National Bank Act : an act to provide a national currency secured by a pledge of United States bonds, and to provide for the circulation and redemption thereof, approved June 3, 1864 : with the amendments of 1865-70 : to which are added the decisions of the Supreme Court U.S., and of the state courts; and decisions and rulings of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, in reference to said act, from 1865 to 1870.
