Abstract You may ask why I want, why would I want to learn about Excel PivotTables. As a school data specialist and teacher, I'll tell you why. I frequently analyze and disaggregate students in school dataand analyzing large amounts of data can be very difficult without useful data analysis tools. A PivotTable is a data analysis tool in Excel that creates an interactive table that organizes and summarizes even large amounts of data quickly to provide different views of your data. A PivotChart is a visual representation of the data in a PivotTable. I'll be giving you a brief overview of PivotTables today.
