Other title Assessment. Mrs. Collins, sedative, hypnotic, anxiolytic use disorder, mild. Relationships, work, and interests assessment
Abstract In this video we learn that Mrs. Collins recently moved from Indiana in order to live close to her daughters and grandkids, but is sad that she still does not get to see them as often as she would like. Mrs. Collins’ daughters are upset that Mrs. Collins did not properly supervise the grandchildren when babysitting in the past. Mrs. Collins’ husband works a lot and describes their relationship as distant. Sometimes Mrs. Collins feels as if she’s always consumed by her work and insists that any difficulties in her relationships are a result of being too busy and the stresses from a poor economy. Mrs. Collins has noticed changes in her job performance and has trouble concentrating. Recently she has decided to become more independent from her office and work from home.
