Abstract This video profiles architectural solutions to issues of limited light and space in the urban environment. It looks at the home and office of an architect in London who has incorporated a retractable glass roof to capture light. It visits a deep, narrow, one-sided house on a corner lot in Halifax, and presents an elegant home designed by Jack Diamond, one of Canada's most prominent architects.
