Summary | Description: Logs for HMS Dolphin (1791) used as a survey ship from 1764. She made two circumnavigations of the world, first under the command of John Byron and the second under Samuel Wallis. During the fist voyage in 1765, Byron took control of the Falkland Islands for Great Britain. |
