This collection consists of photocopies of 3 letters (1929, 1933, 1947); genealogical information on the Outland family of Virginia and the Copeland, Leake, Smith and Rogerson families of North Carolina; and a large number of original family photographs from the late 1800s and early 1900s. The material had originally belonged to Mary Olive Leake Askew of Rich Square, N.C., and was found in the attic of the donor's father in Goldsboro, N.C. |
