Reynolds Price (1933-2011) was a prolific, Macon, North Carolina-born American poet, novelist, dramatist, essayist, and educator at Duke University. He also had a lifelong interest in Biblical scholarship, was left a paraplegic after removal and treatment of a tumor on his spine, and was openly homosexual. |
