Rebecca Roloc is an ambitious young girl with dreams of becoming a race car driver. She doesn't know how or when she'll get the chance. One day when her father Thomas is hauling moonshine from their home in Greenville, South Carolina, to Charlotte, North Carolina, he is pulled over by the local sheriff.
