Published by order of the town : At a meeting of the freeholders and other inhabitants of the town of Boston ... on the 14th day of May, 1807: Voted, that Joseph Russell, Esq. [and four others] be a committee to consider the petition of James Ivers, Esq. and others, relative to the filling up the Mill Pond. At an adjournment ... the committee ... presented the following report.
