Proceedings of a convention of delegates from eighteen towns in the county of Essex : begun and held at Ipswich, in said county, on Thursday, the nineteenth day of August, one thousand seven hundred and seventy-nine, for the purpose of carrying into effect the resolutions of the convention, began and held at Concord, on the fourteenth day of July last.
