| Biographical note | Eva Belle Outlaw,1896-1056, was born on a farm in Duplin County near Albertson, North Carolina. She attended East Carolina Teachers Training School where she was a member of the girls basketball team. After graduating from ECTTS, she taught school in Wayne County, NC and Wilson County, NC. |
