A new way, to pay old debts: or, the law and freedom of the people established: : and all taxes, assesments, excize, and oppressions of the people, to be taken off, and removed; as also, new officers to be chosen both in city and country, for the suppressing of tyranny. Likewise, a remonstrance and declaration of the commons of England, for the selling of all the houses, lands, and goods whatsoever, belonging to the nobility of Scotland, who have any ways aided or assisted their pretended King against England.
