Noted teacher Finis Jhung gives a class to Noriko Naraoka of The Dance Theatre of Harlem. Jhung gives his special floor stretches, then coaches Naraoka through the barre. Features nine barre exercises, and eight center exercises designed to help the dancer develop movement skills in different tempi. |
