The Atheist converted; or, The unbeliever's eyes open'd: giving a full and true account of one Mr. Wright, a gentleman, living in the town of Guernsey, who was a profest atheist, and would not suffer his children to go to church, but told them all things came by nature: shewing, how an angel appear'd to his little daughter of ten years old, and order'd her to go to a pious family at the next village, who would instruct her in the sciptures. Her father finding her in the garden with a little book in her hand at prayer, [v]anished her from his house. She walking in a grove, the Devil appear'd to her in a humane shape, tempting her to curse her father, and he would give her a purse of guineas: also, how she resisted the temptation, and converted her father to Christianity: being very proper to be had in all families. Licensed and enter'd according to order.
