A bill for the more equal paying and better collecting certain small sums for relief of shipwrecked mariners, and distressed persons, His Majesty's subjects, in the ports of Cadiz and Port Saint Mary's in the kingdom of Spain, or other pious and charitable uses, usually contributed to by the merchants trading to the said ports.
