A form of prayer and thanksgiving to Almighty God : to be used in all churches and chapels throughout those parts of the United Kingdom called England and Ireland, on Thursday the seventh day of July 1814, being the day appointed by proclamation for a general thanksgiving to Almighty God, for putting an end to the long, extended, and bloody warfare in which we were engaged against France and her allies.
