This collection includes materials pertaining to Herbert E. Weyrauch's experiences at the U.S. Naval Academy and aboard the U.S.S. North Carolina. Manuals and memorandum describe daily life at the U.S. Naval Academy, including Weyrauch's involvement in various extracurricular activities. Biographical note | Herbert E. Weyrauch (January 10, 1919-September 27, 2006) entered the U.S. Naval Academy in 1937 and graduated on February 9, 1941. Born in Iowa, he spent the majority of his adult life in Minneapolis, MN, where he died. |
