Advertisement : The extreme difficulty of collecting pay for news-papers, in the present unsettled state of the country, has determined the subscriber to discontnue the publication of the New-England chronicle--on the usual terms; at least until their present troubles are at an end.--He intends printing a paper every Thursday, at two pence a piece by retail.
