Biographical note | Phillip Right Dixon, Sr. was born in Wake Forest, North Carolina on March 26, 1949. He attended East Carolina University from 1967-1971 and then earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Dixon served as a member of the UNC Board of Governors for eight years and the East Carolina University Board of Trustees for nine years. |
