Then, a Lincolnshire pudding, and a Yorkshire friter to the bishop of Yorke, a Norfolk dumplin and a Suffolke caveshead to bishop Wren. An old cudgel-beaten cocke to the b. of Gloucester. A rusty piece of bacon to the b. of Rochester. And lastly, a dish of collops and egges to the b. of Bath and Wells. VVith the cause of the souldiers training, and their manner of their drinking a health to the said bishops.
