Behaviour management guru Sue Cowley works with primary school teachers on issues of pupil behaviour, stress and school rules. She highlights how a good set of rules can help to create peace and harmony, while a badly drawn-up collection of commands can lead to chaos and confusion.Sue feels that some schools have too many rules and warns that rules drawn up in haste will be difficult to apply.
