Abstract |
Libraries can be creepy places. They have silent rooms and long, dusty passageways with towering shelves. They are filled with dark shadows and quiet footsteps. You never know when someone may be lurking around a corner or watching you. Now imagine a library that's also filled with ghosts! In this book, you will visit 11 of the spookiest libraries in the United States and meet the terrifying spirits who haunt them. Among the spirits are a girl whose image is forever captured in a beautiful stained-glass window, a school principal who still watches over her students despite being dead, and a night watchman who died long ago but still plays his violin. |
