Samoan elected Governor : hearing, Ninety-second Congress, second session, on H.R. 11523 and H.R. 12493, a bill to provide that the President of the United States shall designate as Governor and Lieutenant Governor of American Samoa the individual who is nominated by the electors of American Samoa for each such position, and for other purposes, hearing held March 23, 1972.
