Abstract Extraordinary silent film by the Russian master, Sergei M. Eisenstein, detailing the events leading up to the Russian Revolution. The original version was heavily censored by Stalin, but in 1967 a full restoration was made, and a music score by Shostakovich and sound effects track were added.
