|
General note | Presumably printed by Daniel Bowen, printer and proprietor of the museum, and dated 1799 by Evans. |
General note | Two states noted, both held by the Massachusetts Historical Society. The first lists 115 (i.e. 114, the muber 109 having been omitted) paintings. The second lists 113, one having been deleted and the error in numbering having been corrected. The second state has a line reading "Also, a variety of elegant tapestry" near the foot of the sheet, not present in the first state. |
