By William Keith, Esq; governour of the province of Pennsylvania ... A proclamation : Whereas it has been certified to me, that Robert Moore, late of Philadelphia gent. hath made his escape out of the goal of the city of New-York, where he stood committed for stabbing with a drawn sword John Gee ... of which wound the said Gee languished for some time, and then died ... I have thought fit to issue this my proclamation, strictly charging and commanding all persons whatsoever ... not to harbour, entertain, or conceal the said Robert Moore ... Given at Philadelphia the fifth day of November ... 1720.
